Gait Analysis

Gait analysis is used to measure and study human motion.

Human Gait Analysis with motion capture video systems help us analyze, diagnose, and document aberrant gaits with tools that compare the gaits of patients before and after treatment to historical case studies of normal and abnormal gaits.

The application to study sports performance has been widely used. In the last ten years it has also gained increasing significance as a diagnostic tool or laboratory test to obtain data which helps in planning treatments.
