The Knee is often injured in sports and every day activities. Knee Pain can have several different sources.
Degenerative changes of the knee joint account for pain seen in a wide patient population. Unless a joint replacement is indicated, the best course of treatment is a supervised physical therapy program.
Other sources of knee pain can come from ligaments, cartilage damage or muscular imbalances.
After an examination by your physical therapist, the proper diagnosis and treatment will be selected.
